Thank you for shopping with Roxstand. This Shipping Policy explains how, when, and where we ship the rugs you order from roxstand.com.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after your payment is confirmed.

If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, processing begins on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your package leaves our warehouse.

Free shipping on all US orders — no minimum purchase required.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, customs clearance, carrier backlogs, or peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, holiday periods) may extend delivery times beyond the estimates above.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can track your package at any time through our Order Tracking page or directly on the carrier's website.

Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update.

4. Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are unable to change the address once an order has been shipped.

If you need to correct your address, contact us at [客服邮箱] within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes after processing has begun.

Roxstand is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or for packages returned to sender as undeliverable. Reshipping in such cases may require an additional shipping fee.

5. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different warehouses to reach you faster. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment at no additional cost.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please:

Check around your delivery location, with neighbors, and with your building's front desk or mailroom.
Wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally scan packages as delivered before the physical drop-off.
Contact us at [客服邮箱] within 30 days of the delivery date.

For packages that arrive visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and the rug before use and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Roxstand is not liable for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location if you live in an area with package theft.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by your country are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in your order total and are not refundable by Roxstand.

If you refuse a package due to customs charges, the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

8. Undeliverable & Refused Packages

Packages returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal, or uncollected from a pickup point) will be refunded minus the original outbound shipping cost. For orders that qualified for free shipping, a flat $15 return-to-sender fee will be deducted.
